How to use

Take one capsule twice daily, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare professional about use for children under 12 years of age. Contains soy. The manufacturer states it does not contain milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), peanuts or sesame seeds. The capsules are blister packed and tamper evident: do not use if the foil blister pack is broken. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Other ingredients: Water, vegetarian soft-gel capsule (roasted starch, glycerin, food-grade carrageenan from red seaweed and class 1 natural caramel color), safflower oil, glycerin ester, seaweed powder (Lithothamnion calcareum), molasses, Japanese cane and beet sugars, xylo-oligosaccharides, vegetable protein (from fermented soy) and vitamin E (as a preservative).
