ProbioticsDr. Ohhira's Probiotics Original Formula, 60 Capsules

A fermented whole-food formula

Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics combines three elements in one capsule: prebiotics from fermented fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and seaweed, live probiotic cultures grown together, and postbiotic metabolites from a three-year fermentation. The manufacturer describes it as dairy free, gluten free and 100% vegetarian.

Easy to fit into the day

The suggested use is one capsule twice daily, with or without food, so a 60-capsule bottle covers around a month. Refrigeration is not required, and each capsule is blister-packed. The base is a vegetarian soft-gel made with starch, glycerin and carrageenan from red seaweed.

How to use

Take 1 capsule twice daily, with or without food. Usage can be increased as recommended by a healthcare provider. Refrigeration is not required.
