A formula built around Curcumin C3 Complex, an extract of the turmeric rhizome, delivering 300 mg of turmeric extract per daily dose. It also contains boswellia, devil's claw extract, rose hip extract and maritime pine extract, with BioPerine for absorption.

How to use
Adults: take 2 liquid soft-gels twice daily with a meal and a full glass (8 oz) of water.
