Before you choose

• D-ribose is hygroscopic, so clumping or hardening of the powder is normal.
• Insulin-dependent diabetics, people with hypoglycaemia and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
• Sold by weight, not volume. Keep tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.
• Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
• US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
