Carlson's tablet provides niacin, also known as vitamin B-3, at 50 mg per tablet. The label describes it as gluten-free, with no artificial preservatives and potency and quality guaranteed.

A long-lasting pack

At one tablet a day the 300-tablet pack lasts around ten months. The tablet is made with microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate and vegetable-source stearic acid and magnesium stearate, among other ingredients.

How to use

Adults take one tablet daily at mealtime.

Niacin may cause flushing or itching that can last minutes or hours; this can often be relieved by drinking a glass of water.
