A trace mineral bound to glycine

Moly-B is a molybdenum supplement in which the trace mineral is chelated to glycine. Molybdenum is stored in the body in the liver, bones and kidneys, according to the brand, and each tablet here is labelled at 500 mcg.

A very long supply

The bottle holds 300 vegetarian tablets and the suggested adult amount is one tablet a day at mealtime, so one bottle gives around ten months. Carlson describes the product as gluten free with no artificial preservatives, made in a facility regulated by the FDA.

Adults: take one tablet daily at mealtime.
