A high-DHA balance
Of the omega-3 in each serving, 1,040 mg is DHA, with 200 mg EPA and 100 mg DPA. The oils come from wild-caught, cold-water fish and krill and are kept in their natural triglyceride form.
Astaxanthin and vitamin D3
Each three-softgel serving also provides 3 mg of AstaReal astaxanthin and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3. The softgel shells are made from gelatin and coloured with annatto seed extract, and orange oil is included.

The manufacturer states OmegaKrill is IFOS 5-star certified for purity, potency and freshness, made in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested. The brand describes the softgels as small and free of a fishy aftertaste.
How to use
Take three softgels a day, with or without food.

Contains fish (anchovy, sardine) and crustacean shellfish (krill), and the gelatin softgels mean it is not suitable for vegetarians.
