CatchFree Omega is a fish-free omega-3 liquid from Wiley's Finest, made with algal oil (DHA), Ahiflower oil and Vitashine vitamin D3 from lichen. It has a natural Tropical Mango flavour.

One teaspoon (5 ml) contains 500 mg DHA, 500 mg SDA, 1,300 mg ALA and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3, according to the supplement facts.

How to use
