What is in the bottle

Each softgel provides 100 mg, and the suggested intake is one softgel up to twice daily with meals, so the 60 count bottle lasts between 30 and 60 days. Softgels contain gelatin, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin and silica.

How to use
