BiotinSolgar Biotin, 1,000 mcg, 250 Vegetable Capsules

A single-nutrient capsule

Each vegetable capsule is labelled as 1,000 mcg of biotin, a water-soluble B vitamin, described by Solgar as an enhanced potency formula. The label lists it as Non-GMO, halal, kosher parve, Certified Gluten-Free and suitable for vegans.

A large bottle for daily use

Adults take one capsule one to two times a day, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. A 250-capsule bottle therefore lasts roughly 125 to 250 days.

What it leaves out

The label says it is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, and artificial flavour, sweetener and colour. Solgar states it has been making supplements since 1947.
