How to use

Adults and children 12 years and over: apply at least a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening) and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Minimise swallowing and spit out after brushing. For children under 12, consult a dentist or doctor.

Before you choose

• If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Stop use and ask a dentist if the problem persists or worsens, or if pain or sensitivity continues after 4 weeks of use. Sensitive teeth may indicate a serious problem that needs prompt care by a dentist.
• Keep out of reach of children. If more than is used for brushing is swallowed, get medical help right away.
• The label lists active and inactive ingredients in US drug-label format.
