Product details
An unflavoured egg white protein powder
This powder is pasteurised egg white protein with sunflower lecithin as the only other ingredient, so it has no added sweeteners. The label lists it as unflavoured and free from aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame-K, and describes it as Paleo friendly, kosher and halal. Because the egg white is pasteurised, the brand says biotin fortification is not necessary.
Mixing and cooking with it
Stir it into milk or another liquid, or use it in recipes, where two tablespoons of powder mixed with six tablespoons of water stand in for two egg whites. Each serving provides 15 g of protein, and the tub contains 544 g, sold by weight rather than volume.
How to use
Mix 1/4 cup daily into 12 oz of milk or another liquid. For cooking, mix two tablespoons of powder with six tablespoons of water to replace two egg whites.
