Pancreatin is a preparation of porcine pancreatic enzymes. NOW Foods notes that it contains protease, which digests protein, amylase, which digests carbohydrates, and lipase, which digests fat.

Capsule and ingredients

The capsule is gelatin, with microcrystalline cellulose, MCT powder (from coconut or palm kernel oil) and silicon dioxide as the other ingredients. Because it uses porcine enzymes and a gelatin capsule, it is not a vegetarian product.

Brand and serving

NOW Foods has been family owned since 1968 and states that the product is made and quality tested in the USA. The label serving is one capsule one to three times a day with or between meals.

How to use

Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with or between meals.
