Taken with the first bite of dairy

Lactose Defense is a digestive enzyme blend in a quick-dissolving capsule that contains lactase enzymes. Lactose is a sugar found naturally in dairy. The directions have you take the capsules as needed with the first bite of food or drink containing dairy.

Each capsule is 230 mg and the capsule shell is made with gelatin, so it is not a vegetarian product. The manufacturer states it contains no soy, dairy, or artificial colours or flavours. The tub carries an inner safety seal.
