Advanced Gamma E Complex features gamma-tocopherol and includes a balance of tocopherols and tocotrienols. The label also lists naturally occurring mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols: delta-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol, gamma-tocotrienol, alpha-tocotrienol, delta-tocotrienol and beta-tocotrienol.

The softgel shell is bovine gelatin with glycerin, water and carob, around rice bran oil. The label marks it as kosher (contains gelatin) and made under GMP quality assurance.
