This multivitamin comes as a softgel rather than a tablet. NOW says the softgels are easier to swallow and formulated for better GI tolerability. The formula includes evening primrose, cranberry, green tea, horsetail silica and CoQ10.

Capsule and ingredient notes

The softgel shell uses bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water and carob, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. It also contains flax seed oil, soy lecithin and beeswax. The label lists it as kosher and halal.

Take 3 softgels daily with food.
