Iron with vitamin C in a whole food blend

Each capsule provides 25 mg of iron together with vitamin C from organic acerola cherries. The formula also includes a blend of organic whole foods: beet, spinach, kale, Swiss chard and pumpkin seed.

Free-from and label details

The label describes it as vegan friendly, with no GMOs, soy, gluten, sugar, yeast, dairy, eggs, nuts, colouring, preservatives or flavouring. The capsule is hypromellose with brown rice flour, plant-based maltodextrin and rice bran extract, and it is made under GMP.

How to use

Adults take one capsule with food and a full glass of water.

Before you choose

Iron products need particular care. The label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep it well out of their reach, and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in case of overdose. The label also advises consulting your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
