This multivitamin is built around plant-sourced nutrients. NATURELO says it uses vitamin D3 from lichen, vitamin E from sunflower, and calcium and magnesium from marine algae. A bottle holds 120 vegetarian capsules, which covers 30 days at the standard four-capsule serving.

Activated B vitamins and whole food ingredients

The formula lists activated B vitamins such as methyl folate, B6 as P-5-P and B12 as methylcobalamin, plus chelated selenium and zinc. It also includes organic fruit and vegetable ingredients, herbal extracts such as turmeric, ginseng, green tea and ginger, and a digestive enzyme and probiotic blend.

How to use

Adults take four capsules daily, for example two with breakfast and two with dinner. The capsules may be opened and the powder added to food or a drink.

This is a multivitamin for adult women, not a replacement for a balanced diet. The capsule shell is hypromellose with plant-based maltodextrin and silica as other ingredients. The label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six, so keep it well out of reach of children.
