Magnesium GlycinateMetabolic Maintenance Magnesium Glycinate, 180 Vegetarian Capsules

Magnesium bisglycinate with added vitamin C

Metabolic Maintenance Magnesium Glycinate is a single-mineral supplement that provides 125 mg of magnesium bisglycinate together with vitamin C. The label describes it as a gentle, well-tolerated and hypoallergenic formula. It uses a vegetarian capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Easy to fit into a daily routine

The directions are one capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner, so a 180-capsule bottle is a long supply. Capsule colour may vary from batch to batch.
