Three minerals and three supporting nutrients per capsule

This Metabolic Maintenance complex gives 200 mg of calcium, 100 mg of magnesium and 6 mg of zinc in every capsule, with smaller amounts of vitamin D3, vitamin C and boron. The calcium comes from a mix of calcium carbonate and di-calcium malate, the magnesium as bisglycinate/aspartate, and the zinc and boron as citrates. The vitamin C is in the form of ascorbyl palmitate.

The suggested amount is one capsule a day, so the 240-capsule bottle covers around eight months. That makes it a practical option to keep in the cupboard rather than reorder each month. The listed pack measures about 15 x 8 x 8 cm.

What hypoallergenic means here

The manufacturer labels the formula hypoallergenic. The only other ingredients are the vegetarian capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, L-leucine and silicon dioxide, so check that short list against anything you need to avoid.
