The tablet is made with a ferment media of organic brown rice, rice protein, autolysed yeast extract and inactive yeast, together with microcrystalline cellulose, rice protein, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, tapioca food starch and hypromellose. The label describes it as vegetarian, kosher and Non-GMO Project verified, made with chelated minerals and tested for 150+ pesticides, and made without milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish and sesame.

Pack contents and storage

The bottle contains 30 tablets, one for each day. Once opened, the tablets should be used within three months, so the 30-tablet size is best matched to how quickly you would finish it.

How to use

Adults take one tablet daily with a beverage. It may be taken at any time of day, even on an empty stomach. Once open, consume within three months.

The label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six.
