How to use

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage, at any time of day, even on an empty stomach. Once opened, use within three months.

This product contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six, so keep it out of reach of children and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in case of overdose.
