How to use

Guide the floss between teeth using a gentle back-and-forth motion, then move it up and down against the tooth to help remove plaque and food particles above and below the gumline. To use the pick, place the tip between teeth and gently scrape out larger residue. Do not force the floss into tight spaces.

Before you choose

• Adult supervision is recommended for children under 10; the brand states the picks are suitable for children over 10.
• Gums may bleed the first few times you floss. If bleeding persists or gums stay red and swollen, see your dentist.
