How to use

Shake well, then swish 10-15 ml gently between your teeth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes if you like. Spit it out, do not swallow, rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth afterwards. Clean any spills on fabric straight away to avoid staining.
