A compact oil-based rinse

This is a smaller 88.7 ml (3 fl oz) bottle of GuruNanda's oil pulling rinse in a farmed mint flavour. It is flavoured with peppermint and spearmint oils, with clove, cardamom, tea tree, oregano and fennel oils in the blend.

Formula details

The brand lists the rinse as made with clean ingredients and no synthetic ingredients, with vitamins D3, E and K2 and stevia leaf extract. It is Leaping Bunny cruelty-free and kosher pareve, and is based on Ayurvedic tradition.

How to use

Shake well and pour 10-15 ml into a measuring cup. Swish gently between your teeth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes if you like, then spit it into a bin, not the sink. Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth afterwards. Do not swallow. Clean spills on fabric straight away.

Keep out of reach of children. If more than one tablespoon is swallowed, seek medical advice. Use only as directed, stop if irritation develops, and do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. It is packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soya, milk and wheat. Store somewhere cool and dry. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.

Caprylic/capric/lauric triglyceride, peppermint (mentha piperita) oil, spearmint (mentha spicata) oil, clove (clove) oil, cardamom (elettaria cardamomum) oil, tea tree (melaleuca alternifolia) oil, stevia leaf extract, oregano (origanum vulgare) oil, fennel (foeniculum vulgare) oil, d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin e), cholecalciferol (vitamin d3), menaquinone-7 (vitamin k2 mk-7).
