Product details
Where it fits in your routine
It is used as a separate step alongside brushing, to lift debris from the surface of the tongue. Davids says it makes the scraper in the USA, and each purchase contains 1 scraper.
How to use
Wash your hands and the scraper before use. Hold the scraper with the Davids logo facing up, stick your tongue out and rest the rounded end towards the back of the tongue. Gently scrape from back to front, rinsing the head under running water or wiping it with a clean tissue between strokes. Davids suggests around 4 to 5 scrapes, once a day. Rinse in warm water and dry afterwards.
Before you choose
Use gentle pressure only and stop if you feel discomfort. It is a cleaning tool for the tongue and is not a replacement for brushing and flossing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
