How to use

To load a refill, pull forward on the thumb tab to open the dispenser, remove the old floss core from the spindle, insert the new floss so the loose thread comes up from the bottom on the left, thread it through the slot, then lift the cover and snap it shut. To floss, wrap about 18 inches around your middle fingers, curve it into a C around each tooth and slide it up and down, using a fresh section for each tooth.
