A single-strain probiotic in a once-daily capsule

Culturelle Health & Wellness is built around one named strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, at 15 billion CFUs. The capsule is taken once a day at any time, with or without food. The label notes the formula is free from dairy, soy and gluten, with potency guaranteed through the date on the box when stored as directed.

Blister-packed vegetarian capsules

The capsules are sealed within blister packs, and the pack should not be used if any part of a blister is torn, open or damaged. The label lists the formula as free from milk, wheat, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. This pack contains 50 capsules.

How to use

Before you choose

Not intended for under-12s. Tell a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you have a known immune-compromised condition. When first taking a probiotic you may notice minor bloating, gas or gurgling; the manufacturer says this should settle with continued use, and advises consulting a healthcare professional if symptoms continue after two weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
