Kids Probiotic + Fibre Culturelle Kids Probiotic + Fibre, 1+ Years, 24 Single Serve Packets

A probiotic and fibre sachet for children

These Culturelle packets combine the probiotic strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) with fibre extracted from kiwi, wheat and vegetables, in what the brand calls its Gentle-Go formula. The powder has no added flavour, so it can be mixed into everyday foods. It is labelled dairy, gluten and soy free.

What comes in the box

There are 24 single serve packets, each 4.8 g (0.17 oz). The label says some sediment from the fruit and vegetable fibre is normal. The brand also notes that a child starting a probiotic may notice minor bloating, gas or tummy gurgling, which should ease with continued use.

How to use

For children aged 1 year and over, take one packet up to three times daily. For best results, mix one packet into food such as yoghurt or apple sauce. If mixing into a drink, shake it after adding the packet. Do not add to hot food or drinks.
