Before you choose

Not for under 12s. Keep sealed in blisters and do not use if any part of a blister is torn, open or damaged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. When first taking a probiotic, you may notice minor bloating, gas or intestinal gurgling; the label says this should subside with continued use, and to consult a healthcare professional if symptoms continue after two weeks. Inform a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you have a known immune-compromised condition. Not a reduced calorie food. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
