Max for Men is a multivitamin and multimineral complex intended for adult men. Alongside its vitamins and minerals it includes saw palmetto and lycopene, and it uses coenzymated B vitamins and magnesium.

Two tablets with food

The suggested use is two tablets daily with food, so a bottle of 60 lasts 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

What the label says

The label lists it as iron free, certified gluten-free by GFCO and certified vegan by the AVA, with no wheat, milk, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. It also lists Chromax. Country Life states it was established in 1971 and makes the product in a GMP registered facility.

How to use

Adult males take two tablets daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
