Each tablet provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C prepared with natural alkaline calcium and magnesium to buffer the acidity of the vitamin. It also includes 150 mg of bioflavonoids.

How to use

Adults: take one tablet daily with food. If you take other supplements or medication, discuss them with your healthcare provider.
