This tablet uses a chelated form of magnesium bound with the amino acid glycine, described by the manufacturer as bioavailable. Each tablet provides 133 mg of magnesium glycinate, and it is made at a GMP registered facility.

The label states the tablets are certified gluten free and certified vegan, with no yeast, corn, wheat, soy, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. At three tablets a day, a 180-tablet bottle lasts 60 days.

How to use
