The tablets are coated with hypromellose and glycerin, and also contain cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica and vegetable glaze. The brand states there are no yeast, corn, wheat, soy, milk, preservatives or artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. At one tablet a day, the pack of 240 tablets lasts 240 days.

How to use

Adults take one tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
