What is on the label

Potassium nitrate is listed at 5% for anti-sensitivity, and sodium fluoride at 0.24% for anticavity protection. The inactive ingredients include hydrated silica, PVM/MA copolymer and sodium lauryl sulfate.

How to use

Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush and brush twice a day for at least two minutes each time, covering all tooth surfaces. Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.
