Three warm spices in one berry

Allspice berries are the dried, unripe fruits of the Pimenta dioica tree, a tropical evergreen native to Central America and the Caribbean. Their warm, aromatic flavour recalls a mix of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, which is how the spice got its name.

Whole berries for pickling and slow cooking
