Crystallised Lime Packets True Lime Crystallised Lime Packets Bulk Dispenser, 100 Count (80 g / 2.8 oz)

The taste of a lime wedge

True Lime is made from crystallised lime with citric acid, lime oil and lime juice solids. Each packet equals the taste of one lime wedge, without the seeds, mess or waste.

Use it wherever you'd use lime

It is made for water, tea, cooking, baking and seasoning, and is listed with zero calories and zero sugars. The dispenser holds 100 packets (2.82 oz) so you can use one at a time.

How to use

For drinks, add one packet to a 16 to 20 oz glass; pour fizzy drinks first to avoid overflow. For cooking and baking, two packets equal the taste of 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Add more or less to taste.

Before you choose

A flavouring, not a juice replacement for every recipe, so adjust to taste. Check the label for allergen and storage information. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
