The label lists the softgels as halal, Igen Non-GMO tested and lab tested for purity and quality. At one softgel a day, a bottle lasts one month; taking two a day shortens that to about two weeks.

How to use

Take 1 softgel daily. You may take 1 softgel two times daily.
