What comes in the pack

The pack holds 60 capsules. At one to two capsules twice daily, that is between 15 and 30 days of use.

How to use

Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily as needed, on an empty stomach with at least 8 oz (240 ml) of water.

Do not take if you are pregnant, may become pregnant or are breastfeeding, or if you suffer from any gastrointestinal disorder such as ulcers. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are taking any drug that affects blood coagulation, such as prescription vitamin K, heparin, warfarin or aspirin. Discontinue use if nausea, diarrhoea or other intestinal discomfort occurs. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplement.
