Magnesium bound to amino acids
In this formula the magnesium is complexed with amino acids from hydrolysed vegetable protein, a chelated form that the manufacturer chose for easy absorption and use. Each tablet provides 100 mg of magnesium, so the amount you take is easy to adjust within the suggested range.
