The blend in each gummy pairs magnesium citrate with Concentrace trace minerals, and four gummies, the most suggested for ages 13 and over, provide 340 mg of the blend. Each gummy has 5 calories and 2 g of carbohydrate, including 1 g of sugar alcohol.

Set with pectin and agar

Instead of gelatin, the gummies use pectin and agar, and they are coloured with fruit and vegetable juice. Trace describes them as zero sugar, certified vegan, gluten free and third-party tested, with maltitol providing the sweetness.

How to use
