GastricSootheSource Naturals GastricSoothe, 60 Capsules

Zinc L-carnosine in a vegetarian capsule

GastricSoothe is built around a compound of zinc and L-carnosine, with 37.5 mg of zinc L-carnosine noted on the label. The capsules are vegetarian, with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shell. The label states the product contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat, and no preservatives or artificial colour, flavour or fragrance.

Pack size and serving

A serving is four capsules a day, split into two with breakfast and two before bed. The 60 capsule pack therefore provides 15 days at that amount.

How to use

Take 2 capsules twice daily: two after breakfast and two before going to bed. The manufacturer's label suggests taking it for at least 8 weeks.
