Taking it
The suggested use is 2 fl oz (about two capfuls) once or twice a day, and the bottle should be refrigerated after opening. It is a drinkable gel in a large 946 ml bottle, and is thickened with carrageenan and preserved with citric acid and potassium sorbate.
How to use
Take 2 fl oz (approx. 2 capfuls) 1 to 2 times per day. Refrigerate after opening.
