How to use

Adults and children aged 2 and over: brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal and at least twice a day, but no more than three times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Spit out after brushing and minimise swallowing. For children under 6, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing and rinsing. For children under 2, consult a dentist or doctor.

Before you choose

• Stop use and ask a dentist if gingivitis, bleeding or redness lasts more than 2 weeks, or if you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth or increasing spacing between teeth.
• Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from children under 6 unless supervised. If more than a brushing amount is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison centre straight away.
• Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth; thorough brushing helps prevent this and any stains can be removed by a dentist.
• Do not store above 25°C.
