How to use

Adults and children aged two and over: put toothpaste on a toothbrush and brush thoroughly, ideally after each meal and at least twice a day, and no more than three times a day, or as a dentist or doctor directs. Keep swallowing to a minimum and spit out after brushing. For children under six, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing and rinsing until good habits are established. For children under two, ask a dentist or doctor.

Before you choose

This toothpaste is not a substitute for seeing a dentist. Stop use and ask a dentist if gingivitis, bleeding or redness lasts more than two weeks, or if you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth or increasing spacing between teeth. Keep out of reach of children under six; if more than the amount used for brushing is swallowed, get medical help straight away. Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth, which adequate brushing may prevent. The formula contains sodium lauryl sulfate. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
