Each tablet is coated, and the suggested use is two tablets a day. This bottle holds 40 tablets, which gives around 20 days at that level. Tablets can be taken all at once or through the day, and the manufacturer says colour variation is normal.

How to use

For adults, take 2 tablets per day, preferably with food. The tablets can be taken all at once or spread through the day.
