Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSMNOW Foods Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM, 180 Capsules

Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM in one formula

MSM, which the manufacturer describes as a naturally occurring sulfur compound, sits alongside glucosamine and chondroitin in this formula, so there is no need to buy separate bottles. The capsule shell is cellulose-based (hypromellose with vegetable-source stearic acid), while the label states the product contains shellfish (shrimp, crab).

A simple daily routine

The suggested use is three capsules a day, which makes the 180-capsule bottle a 60-day supply at that amount. NOW Foods is family owned and describes this product as non-GMO and as made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

How to use

Take 3 capsules daily.
