Product details
A whey blend led by isolate
Gold Standard 100% Whey takes whey protein isolate as its primary source, alongside whey protein concentrate and hydrolysed whey protein. Each 32 g serving, about one scoop, provides 24 g of protein, 5.5 g of BCAAs, 1 g of sugar and 130 calories.
Mocha cappuccino flavouring
The flavour comes from cocoa powder and coffee powder with natural and artificial flavour, and the label notes 15 mg of caffeine per serving. It is gluten free and described as made without artificial growth hormones.
Testing and size
The label carries the Informed Choice mark, meaning the brand states it is regularly tested for banned substances. This 2.27 kg tub comes with a serving scoop, which may settle to the bottom during shipping.
How to use
Use 32 g (about 1 scoop) of powder with 6-8 fl oz (180-240 ml) of cold water, milk or another drink. Stir, shake or blend for about 30 seconds until dissolved. Have it after exercise or at any time in the day.
