Gold Standard 100% Whey is described by the manufacturer as designed for maximum mixability and drinkability. The powder is a blend of whey protein isolates, whey protein concentrate and hydrolysed whey protein, in a French Vanilla Creme flavour sweetened with acesulfame potassium and sucralose.

Serving size and the large container

One serving is about 1 scoop, or 31 g, mixed into 6-8 fl oz of cold water, milk or another drink. The 2.26 kg container is the larger size for regular shakes, and a serving scoop is included, although it may settle to the bottom of the container during transit.

How to use

Mix about 1 scoop (31 g) into 6-8 fl oz of cold water, milk or another beverage, and stir, shake or blend for around 30 seconds until dissolved. Have it after exercise or at any time of day, alongside protein-rich foods as part of a balanced diet and exercise programme.
