Sunflower Liquid LecithinNOW Foods Sunflower Liquid Lecithin, 473 ml (16 fl oz)

A kitchen-friendly liquid lecithin

This single-ingredient liquid is easy to blend into milk, protein shakes or vegetable juice. It can also go into salad dressings and sauces, where lecithin acts as an emulsifier that helps fats disperse in water. NOW also suggests its liquid lecithin as a non-stick coating for pots and pans.

Naturally occurring phospholipids

Sunflower lecithin naturally contains phosphatidyl choline, along with phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and essential fatty acids. The label lists it as soy-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, vegetarian/vegan and kosher.
